All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• HOBOEM reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

• Full advance payment is mandatory before processing any order.

• Orders involving customization will be processed only after final approval from the customer.

• No returns or refunds are accepted under any circumstances.

• As all orders are either bulk, customized, or made-to-order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• In case of manufacturing defects, resolution will be provided at the sole discretion of HOBOEM.

All content, designs, product formats, and branding displayed on HOBOEM are the intellectual property of the company.

Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited under applicable laws.

HOBOEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the order.

• Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

• Customized orders may require additional production time.

• Standard delivery timelines range between 5–15 business days, depending on product type and customization.

• Bulk or OEM orders may require extended timelines.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

• Charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

HOBOEM is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events or unforeseen circumstances, or regulatory/transportation disruptions.

• Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled.

• No cancellations are allowed for customized or processed orders.

Any cancellation request, if considered, will be at the sole discretion of HOBOEM and may be subject to deductions or rejection.

• No refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.
